  March 29, 2020 - very dark clear garnet color with as 3mm clear meniscus.
  
  Quite a plummy nose of fresh jam, some tar and turned soil.
  
  Starts with rich sweet blackberries and blueberries. Has quite a ferrous mid palate, and ends with good acid presence, a touch of bitterness and spice.
  
  Seems maybe a little more serious and reticent than other Evangelhos i've had.
