  May 2, 2020 - This isn't my favorite Gramercy syrah. It does offer excellent syrah aromatics -- black pepper, burnt rubber, and sweet blackberries. I also like the soft, sweet entrance on the palate. But there is a bitter note that I find unpleasant and distracting. Moreover, I prefer tougher syrahs with more tannins.
