  May 16, 2020 - Given the poor performance of the 2005 I had a few days ago, I was worried that this would disappoint. As it happened this restored my faith in the house.
  
  A: Gold. Good mousse.
  N: Dried fruits, spice (something Xmassy about the palate).
  P: See above + a lovely Charles Heidsieck toastiness.
  
  I can see why people are paying £130+ for the reissue of this vintage.
