  May 22, 2020 - 2014 Base year. Very pale straw yellow color. Medium sized mousse. Crisp sour apple on the nose, and some stone fruit sweetness. When tasting, the acidity creates a nice back bone leading the lemon curd land other citrus flavors onto the tongue, followed by more sweet apple and some relative savory/mineral notes. The 7 g/l dosage keeps it nicely in balance. A nice cuvée from this house.
