June 4, 2020 - Bland and too singular in dimensions... Prune and liquorice on the nose, decent fine tannins and acidity ... nothing much on the finish. Meh.

6/4/20, 9:12 PM - My notes say don’t touch till 2025... maybe in a shutdown mode right now?

6/5/20, 9:38 AM - interesting, certainly could be shutdown ... unfortunately that was my last bottle. you'll have to let me know how it turns out in '25!

6/5/20, 6:40 PM - Bland and singular is typical for a brunello of this quality during its first decade of life. I'm going to drink my first bottle in 5 years and drink my last in 15-20 years.

2/26/21, 2:09 PM - Seriously? This is a great wine. Ready to drink now or later. Hate to see bad reviews on a good wine. Maybe you do not know wine as well as you think you do. It is not in a closed state either.
