Community Tasting Note

June 13, 2020 - 3-4 hour decant and then I get sloeberries, lingonberries and plum. Tobacco and pepper comes around as well. It's good now and has life in it. Maybe even get better? 90.

6/13/20, 12:54 PM - Thanks for the quality note.

I generally find that these need at least 10 years slumber to begin to fully show their stuff, but it seems maybe the 2015 might be a bit of an earlier drinker?

Or did the decant make all the difference?

6/13/20, 1:38 PM - Hard to say as I didn't taste it at opening. I had one a year ago that was totally closed day 1 so that could suggest that the decant helped.
