  June 13, 2020 - Tasted with the 1989 tonight. Deep color. Nose of chocolate, more chocolate than the 89, but less complex, I don’t get the thyme and forest floor that I got in the 89, but the 90 nose is bigger, more full bodied than the 89, taste of blackberries, and again I’m having trouble differentiating the tastes but lovely Bordeaux flavors. So I rate it the same 94 points as the 89. The 89 was more complex and the 90 some of that complexity but much more power.
