Some dark cherry and raspberry fruit, a little fine tannin gives it a bit of texture, decent acid, especially for a warmer year which doesn’t really make itself felt. There’s a decent savoury finish to cap a good wine off. It’s not going to fall over any time soon, but I’m less sure that it’s got too much more upside. If you’ve got a few definitely time to start drinking them.
