    August 22, 2020 - Perfumed nose of tropical fruit, wet wool and green herbs. On the palate a bit less fruit, medium+ acids and a distinctly herbal character. Slightly bitter and gets more so towards the finish. Also again that feeling of wet wool.

    Nah, not bad per se but not my cup. To bitter and lacking a bit of freshness. Will cellar the remaining 2 bottles and hope for the best.

    8/23/20, 2:42 PM - I wonder if your bottle was slightly corked? But the perfumed nose would be prominent if it was corked. Puzzling, as I thought it was an average example of a California Chardonnay.

    8/23/20, 11:00 PM - It's not a bad wine, just don't like the style. Too bitter, lacking freshness.
