Community Tasting Note

October 7, 2020 - Enjoying a Fall Day (Home): Medium Copper River Salmon color. Drank two glasses over an hour. Very consistent with my recent note. on 7/29/20. Chalk, yeast, red berries, bright on the nose. The palate is deep and deeply chalky and spicy, very yeasty with somewhat sour red berries and red currants and apple peel.

11/16/20, 4:57 PM - Let's just say it is every bit as good, and maybe a smidge better. A little different. A bit more money, but still very reasonable. I like both a lot, and I keep both on hand generally.
