    October 6, 2020 - Assertive blue fruits. Full bodied, viscous and energetic. Blue fruits, acid woven in, finest filigree tannins, great length and fruit presence. Ensure temperature is kept to 18-20 degrees, any higher and the wine and oak get a bit bloated and flabby.

    10/11/20, 1:31 PM - Never ever serve a red at 20 degrees. 16-18 is ideal, with 16 most of the time being the way to go.

    10/11/20, 1:54 PM - I agree, however sometimes it is difficult to be a stickler for this, eg when out and about.
