June 29, 2020 - One of my ATF NV champagnes, this is typical Bolly. So rich, creamy, and layered, with impeccable focus, delineation, and structure. Ripe apples, loquats, and brioche aromas are juxtaposed by freshness and vibrancy on the palate, where preserved lemons and slivers of gravelly minerality are buoyed by a constant flow of pinprick bubbles. Finishes with length, complexity, and sheer deliciousness.

10/15/20, 1:40 AM - when has your bottle been bottled?

10/15/20, 1:49 AM - Hi, I'm not sure of the exact date but I bought this bottle in June of 2016 so I assume it was disgorged in late 2015 or early 2016. But Bollinger NV has the ability to age so well that it retains its freshness for years after disgorgement. This bottle tasted really vibrant and fresh. Hope this helps.

10/15/20, 4:52 PM - If you have two bottles disgorged in 2017 you have plenty of time before deciding to open one. These age so beautifully and retain plenty of vibrancy and freshness. I look forward to seeing your tasting notes! Sante!
