  October 18, 2020 - In general, my palate has been moving away from this style of winemaking. What little tannins this may have had are mostly gone. Also not surprising that it's on the flabby side of what I consider good balance. That said, it's still very pleasurable to drink when in the mood, and there's a nice purity of fruit. Feels less manipulated than more recent vintages of Caymus.
