  November 1, 2020 - Color was garnet with some thinning ruby on the edges. Big cherry, some stewed plum, and tobacco on the nose. Medium body. Medium to high acidity. Unexpected menthol along with stewed black fruit, leather and berry. Not as concentrated as I'd expect and more sour than I'd expect too. Perhaps still young?
