  11/13/20, 7:21 AM - jax, I know you said you didn't decant the '16 last week so I'm taking it you didn't decant this '15 either??? I can tell you I have 'missed' a few '15s because of not decanting and now wish I could have them all over again to drink, now that I am decanting more. Some '15s need 6-8 hours, believe it or not....I am amazed. They turn into totally different wines. I never would have thought.

  11/13/20, 7:27 AM - I should of decanted. It was the 2nd bottle of the night and I sent someone into the cellar to pick a bottle.

  11/13/20, 9:42 AM - I hear ya......so many circumstances can prevent us from fully enjoying so many of these wines. Only recently have I been turned onto the magic of decanting.....and it can be very difficult to plan out and implement.
