  December 1, 2020 - Still feel like I’m robbing the cradle as this shows signs of aging well, but a beautiful expression of young Sangiovese that pairs with so many great Italian mid-continental dishes. Perfect to share with family but love it myself. CCR done exceedingly well.

  12/3/20, 1:16 PM - We bottle decanted. Opened, tasted a splash and waited about 20 mins. It’s a pop and pour. Cheers!
