  November 27, 2020 - Wow. Just stunning. Laid this down in my cellar 15 years ago and what a wonderful bottle it turned out to be. Paired with a cheese board. Excellent balance and singing with layers of flavor. It is beautiful. There is still plenty of life in the bottle, but I don't think there is any benefit to aging it further. Lots of sediment forming. Drink or hold, but I vote for enjoying it now while it is at its best!
