  December 20, 2005 - This one was quite a delemma. First nose, pronounced funky cucumber. Off? Not in a way I have ever experienced. What's even more interesting is that it blew off after 30 minutes. Developed into subdued cherry and cocoa. Must try another bottle and pay more attention to its in glass development.
