  December 6, 2020 - Upon opening, a whopper of an oak bomb, with plenty of candied cherries and a latex sheen to the fruit and not that agreeable on day one. It settled down somewhat after two days and softened enough to show some of its future potential, with the oak starting to meld into the fruit and the crazy vanilla giving way to some sweet cassis and red licorice. Leave alone for at least another two years.
