  December 28, 2020 - Drank over three days. My third bottle of this vintage and the most disappointing. Found it to be quite hot and acidic the first day; the second day it was still hot, but less acidic and it opened up and presented some black fruit. Had with lamb stew on the third day, which worked well enough. Overall, this bottle was not what I expected following the lush enjoyment from the previous two bottles I had in 2019; maybe a bottle from the bottom of the barrel? Not sure this will improve much more.
