  January 10, 2021 - Smokey, reductive, real mouthful of mineral, wet slate, apple. Served way too cold to start and had a distracting sour grapefruit flavour which was off putting, this did disappear in time. This has the makings of an amazing wine, but that distracting taste is my only drawback. Next time I’ll serve slightly warmer than sub- zero.
