  December 21, 2008 - Wines with Sunday Dinner: A very tight nose of wet stones, apple and petroleum. Wonderful bracing acidity throughout - hits the palate with hints of apples, pears, talc, lanolin and minerals. Dances on the palate with notes of sour, bitter and sweet - not exuberant or flashy, just a persistent wash of complex flavors. Lovely.
