  January 17, 2021 - Raspberry, strawberry, cherry, sous bois; dense, full, structured, slightly tight; there is an elegance, but slightly monolithic and still too young; long extended finish
  After 1 Hour: Nose is more integrated and perfumed with occasional more exotic notes of spice emerging; relatively similar on palate, showing somewhat more development but still a little tight
  At 3 Hours: Slightly more open and fruit more manifestly present; very good indeed
