  January 30, 2021 - I love this wine. Beautiful bright yellow in color, with a viscous palate coating medium body that balances fruit and acidity in perfect harmony. Apricot is the dominant character upon the palate immediately followed by pear, mango, honeysuckle, and peach. No toasted or singed fruit skin like you might see in an older Sauterne, just a delightful fruit party in your mouth with a perfectly balanced tangy finish.
