  February 5, 2021 - PnP nd had with pizza, cherry, leather...good acidity and tannins... An angular wine that needs a little air time to really open up. I think would be better with time

  2/9/21, 4:38 AM - I believe you are quite right about the time - I’ve had a bottle open now for 5 days, tasting it each day. Last night it was at its best with a depth that was impressive.
