February 4, 2021 - Blueberry, chalkiness, eucalyptus, dried herbs. With triscuits and Muenster I got a distinct olive taste! Bold but certainly not over the top, this is smooth, refined, and an excellent bottle. Round and full in the mouth with a lasting finish. 90-91 pts. Drink now, tannins likely fading a bit and will likely lose some fruit and acidity over time.
