  February 22, 2021 - A challenging wine. It has put on a lot of weight in the last year and its now a Sauternes colour and texture. Lots of tangerine flavour and plenty of yeatsy tones in the nose. Decant now as it changed over a weekend and after 4 days - it turned into a refined white wine and lost its Orange tones. Great stuff, but not for everyone.
