February 26, 2021 - Online Blind Tasting #5: Note is based on a tasting sip in the morning on day one, ~4cl on the evening and 0,1l filled in a bottle and sealed with argon gas on the evening of day three.
    Glass: Riedel Sommelier Bordeaux
From a perfect bottle. Clear, deep ruby-garnet color. Clean, medium+, classic developing Paulliac nose. Red fruit, spices, tobacco, pencil shavings, meat, some animal notes. Very deep, dense and complex.
Dry, high, racy acidity. 13%abv. High, mellow tannin. Medium Body. Beautiful red fruit, smoke, spicy (pepper), very mineral, raw met. Velvety texture, great energy, pressure and tension. Wonderful balance and elegance. Juicy and delicious to drink. Potential for another decade. Great PQR and a worthy opponent to the 2000 LMHB. 94-95
