  March 4, 2021 - Burnt tar and soft plum on the nose. With hints of cherry cola. A bit of rotten eggs initially, but I expect that to disappear with decanting. Palate is jammy and salty with fleshy licorice and red fruit. There is a certain bite to this wine that makes you want another sip!
