  March 13, 2021 - For those of us who love to nose their wine, it’s always a fun ride drinking a bottle of Cayuse. Lots of meaty savory notes intermingle with spicy peppers & baking spices. Not much of the famous funk, and any fruit is secondary for sure, even more so on the palate. Well structured and nicely integrated at this point, with a fair amount of bricking. I’d say these are about halfway into the prime drinking window.
