  March 19, 2021 - The wine looks dark purple colored. The legs are slow. There is light tannin sediment in the bottle. Nose of plums, ripe green olives. Taste with blue fruit, creamy smooth cardamon, wonderful mouthfeel, finishes with a smooth vanilla (hint of black pepper). Drinking wonderful, not sure about the other recent reviews of tight and tannin, this one had definitely settled, with tannin sediment and absolutely wonderful smooth finish. ( maybe the TX power outage helped move the aging along....) the only plus. HA
