  March 20, 2021 - Saw this and decided to pick it up because it was cheap (for Champagne, of course) and seemed well-received online. Slightly on the richer side, with nice yellow apple, light breadiness, a little breezy mineral influence. Nicely balanced by freshness and crisp acidity - not going to change your life but a perfect companion for a spring day, a balcony, and a book.

  The reason I write you is to ping on your experience because I cannot figure out Champagnes .. wondering if you have some links .. but mostly because we all grow up drinking the usual marketing supermarkets brands of the $40 level .. but once my wife for a big thank you note she received a gift from good man, and it supposedly was a very good Champagne in the $200 range. We went to see our brothers in lower southern california and we brought with us the bottle. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW WE WERE BLOWN AWAY by the DIFFERENCE ! .. stupidly at the time we were not using wine social networks therefore we lost the name of the brand and also we forgot what we drank!
  Do you have "intel" to share or to address me on how to find similar Champagne that I think (but not sure for my relative specific ignorance!) they were not BRUTs ! I think ! because I do not remember that bitter taste the the typical groceries Champagne leave at the end of your tasting ..
  Wondering if you can enlighten me a path ! ahahahah
