  April 3, 2021 - Lively and fresh with complex earthy and herbaceous notes medium body and mouth feel with cherry integrated undertones throughout and a steady long to medium long finish. Had a lot going on and still a good amount of acid that made it very good with small portion beef burgundy savory crepe. When I came back to it later it was even better. Some of the experts underestimated this wines life span.
