  April 4, 2021 - Incredible expression of sauvignon blanc and Pouilly Fume. After warming up a touch the citrus was exhilarating, elegant, and so precise. Grape fruit, lemon, lime and a touch of melon especially on the palate. There was a slight flintiness in the minerality but overall just great crushed rock essence. The finish was forever.
