  Edited to add that the last 1/3 of the bottle, left in the fridge with a stopper overnight, showed much better the next day. Distinct apple and citrus, hints of fresh baked bread, good concentration and balance, strong finish. Excellent. A pleasant surprise, I’d still leave them alone 5 years.
