  May 8, 2021 - This wine they shut down at this phase. The nose was was garrigue, black cherry, coffee, plum, anise, red fruits, and a gamely note. The palate was tight but would occasionally show hints of black tea, herbs, and savory red fruit after a 3 hr decant. The acidity was a med+ with med+ tannins and a nice 30+ sec finish. I don’t think I’d have another one for ~5 years.
