  May 8, 2021 - Knockout nose, depth, power and layered complexity. It has terrific structure, floral lift and a palate caressing texture. Fantastic length. In a really great place.

Our kids were impressed by the number of bottles on your table, and I was pleased to see the Chave, because we had his Saint Joseph the previous night -- not a profound wine, but totally delicious. (And we loved our Korean meal.)
