  January 15, 2009 - Very aromatic nose, with surprising citrus notes (served blind, some of the attendees guessed Sauvignon Blanc). Rich and creamy on the palate, lacking a bit of acidic structure. Very pleasurable, if perhaps lacking typicity for a Chablis.
