  June 17, 2021 - Finished the Coravin touched bottle. Reductive and somewhat sulfuric smell, Venturi and decanting helped a little. On the second day, all this was gone and the wine came together wonderfully. Smells of garrigue, herbs, soft tannins. Very elegant wine with a good mouthfeel. Long decant needed, even overnight.
