  June 20, 2021 - From a half bottle. Opened and decanted for about an hour. Definitely needed more time to open. I drank it so fast, I didn't even take any notes, so still quite phenomenal despite the minimal air. If I had a regular bottle, I would definitely hold off another 5+ years before trying it.
