June 21, 2021 - The 2018 UGCB tasting Amsterdam 6/21/2021 (Amsterdam, Amstel Boathouse): Tea, iron, I've noticed this more often with older vintages of Branaire; normally it it is a sign of ripeness, but not in this young wine. It is a part of the complexity of this classic made wine with an interesting tension.
