  July 4, 2021 - Two hour decant. Very deep dark magenta color. Black cherry jam, baking powder, semi-sweet chocolate, along with subtle blueberry and ginger, on the nose. Very smooth, dry palate, with refined acidity. Firm, but low intensity tannins on the long finish.
  
  Quite frankly, I expected more based on the professional reviews and the price point. This was elegant, but surprisingly simple. There was nothing to differentiate this from a number of good $100 Napa Cabs.

  7/6/21, 4:14 PM - J, this tends to be one of those elegant, 'old style' Napa cabs. Not the new big fruit bombs. This wine would suit me well in 15 more years! Lol....drank my last bottle an '05 about 2 years ago!
