  July 21, 2021 - Served at cellar temperature and then opened up in the decanter during dinner. Rich blueberry notes on the nose with my favourite secondary aromas of flaky pastry. Vibrant and rich on the palate with a silky mouthfeel. Definitely on the hot side but still a wine of great structure and layers. This is at no risk of going anywhere anytime soon, so no rush!
