  July 21, 2021 - It’s probably no secret now I generally love wines made by Julien Fayard. This comes from Stelzner Vineyard in Stags Leap District. Bright opaque Ruby to the rim. Blue and red fruits, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking spices, sweet oak aromas. A joy to sit, sniff and sip. The palate is well balanced and not overly tannic or acidic. Powerful and elegant all at the same time. Drink now with short decant or hold for 10+ years easy.
