  August 6, 2021 - Really surprised by how evolved this bottle was- some of the tertiary notes were bordering on oxidised. I thought the last bottles I tried had years left in them. Was ok with beef, excellent with cheese. If this wasn't just a randomly aged bottle it's time to polish these off.
