  September 8, 2021 - Decanted for 3 hours, and that was not enough. It improved through the evening. I cannot believe how "hard" this wine is.....particularly 18 years into the game. It ultimately delivered a good experience, but was not ready after the 3 hours. This wine pairs up very well with spicy/hot dishes.
