  September 17, 2021 - Opened for one hour and quick (15min) double decanted to be consume 30 min later.
  
  This is a medium plus wine with lots of tannins and acidity. It’s meant to go the distance. A little mute on the nose but very expensive on the palate. Leans more towards a French style of wine.
  
  Very good now, possible better in 3-5 years and will go pass 2040 for sure…
