  September 25, 2021 - Nice color and terrific nose. A bit of heat on the finish at first but mellowed after decant of an hour. Probably would have benefit from a longer decant but we were at restaurant. Nice velvety feel on the palate. Dark fruit. Tannins all gone. I think this wine is solid for another 5 years or so. Definitely ready to drink at 16.
