  October 5, 2021 - Mission Ranch dinner with K&E. Luscious, with dark fruits, apricot, lavender and cigar ash. Very textured with a slender vein of acid balancing the fruit and keeping it from going over the top. The Zin (70%) is center stage. Opens in the glass over two hours, suggesting this still has plenty of life left. Drink now to 2028. Worth Seeking Out.
