  October 17, 2021 - With 7 wine buddies at Oceanaire Minneapolis and our favorite waiter Jessica on hand made for a lovely low key Sunday evening. This started out a bit tight since I didn't have the luxury of opening it at home and I had a bit of extra chill on for the 35 minute drive and earlier champagnes. Drank from a slightly smaller Riedel Montrachet knock off. Healthy bright light gold & pristine costal, mineral & citrus aromas. The Dauvissat magic really kicks in on the palate with best of class balance, sappy concentration and a perfect accord between drive & elegance. A great array of apple, lime, orange zest, pear, faint herbs and a fine bead of minerality. 13% alc. One left that I'll likely drink in the next 3-5yrs.
